Can be used proactively and given up to 12 hours ahead of travel or exercise.

Each 60 cc syringe contains min 400 mg/max 480 mg calcium, min 34,400 mg/max 38,400 mg salt, min 14,600 mg/max 14,800 mg sodium, min 28,000 mg chloride, min 5,200 mg potassium and min 400 mg magnesium. Directions: Maintenance - 15-25 cc per day; Light sweating (neck, under saddle) - 20-45 cc per day; Moderate sweating (whole body) - 30-45 cc per day; Heavy sweating (whole body, dripping) - 60 cc per day.

 May be given every 4-6 hours if needed.
